10 ONLINE SUITE CORE by Premier s suite of online services allows guests or members to book appointments, studio classes and day packages at specific locations directly allocating the resource 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The suite can be customised with your corporate branding and integration to Paypal ensures a seamless, integrated service. APPOINTMENT BOOKING This client-facing feature directly integrates with your existing web solution. Bookings are based on available staff, rooms, equipment, facilities and staff qualifications. Medical and contra indications prevent inappropriate treatments being booked. 12 INTEGRATION CORE by Premier can be fully integrated into the industry s leading hospitality and leisure PMS, payment interfaces and access control. ACCESS CONTROL The interface enables members to self swipe for Fast-Track entry either at reception, via a physical barrier or external locking device, preventing unauthorised entry to the facility and recording usage of regular members. PMS INTEGRATION CORE by Premier has an array of interfaces to property management systems: these range from simple room only postings to full, 2-way booking and billing. Currently CORE by Premier interfaces to the following PMS: Opera (full financial interface) Protel (full financial interface) Guestline (full financial and 2-way interface) Guestline Epos Welcome (Room only posting) CREDIT CARD INTEGRATION CORE by Premier has an interface to the UK s leading supplier, VeriFone UK. Ensuring a smooth implementation is key to this relationship, our implementations team will coordinate the installation. 14 TECHNICAL SERVICES CORE by Premier can be a stand-alone or a centrally-hosted server solution. Typically in a multi-location environment, the solution would be deployed via terminal services or Citrix. Our technical team is highly qualified and has many years of experience implementing solutions in different environments. PROPERTY SCALABILITY CORE by Premier is fully scalable with the ability to add additional services, staff and rooms at property level. It includes the ability to add additional properties at head office. Additional licences can be purchased at any time, as access to the software increases. PROVISION FOR DATA BACKUP CORE by Premier is based on an SQL database, typically a scheduled task would be created to enable the backing up of the system. Depending on how your IT department wishes to deploy the system, there are various backup options available. SECURITY PROTOCOLS CORE by Premier is a centralised solution; system security is defined via user level profiles, e.g. administrator, general manager, HR, duty manager, reception. The relevant profile is assigned to a user; different levels can be allocated to a user if they need access to multiple locations. e.g. a Regional Manager, has manager access only at hotels within an area. In addition, each user can be assigned their own password which is associated to the relevant security profile. CORE by Premier complies with PCI, with sensitive data encrypted to ensure all personal details are stored securely.

15 MULTI SITE SOLUTION CORE by Premier provides a single solution to suit both standalone and multi-location environments. The design of the system provides a single database structure which allows instant access to guest profiles and provides the ability to schedule appointments for any site. CALL CENTRE FUNCTIONALITY Central reservation teams can utilise the Call Centre functionality, providing a seamless service for your guests. The revenue from all bookings, mail-order products and vouchers can be allocated to the relevant location, while still monitoring the performance of the operator. STOCK CONTROL INVENTORY The stock inventory can be monitored by head office, providing the ability to transfer products between locations and provides local or centralised purchasing. REPORTS AND MARKETING Provides global access to the performance of the business, allowing for the segmentation by site, region, department and individual item. CENTRALISED CONTROL Allocated staff can be appointed to control the system from a central location, this allows continuity across all sites providing detailed comparisons and ensuring a completely streamlined system. PRICING CORE by Premier allows for a master price list or site specific prices. Promotions can be created and set for all sites.
