It is domiciled in Ireland and its home regulator is the Central Bank of Ireland. Objectives and Investment Strategy The objective of the Fund is to provide consistent gross high income with protection of capital through active dealing in a portfolio of British Government securities. The Manager will seek to achieve the investment objective by investing in a diversified portfolio of British Government securities. What are the key risks? Investment involves risks. Please refer to the Prospectus for details including the risks factors. Risk of investing in British Government securities - Since the Fund invests in British Government securities, the value of the assets of the Fund may be affected by uncertainties such as changes in government policies, taxation, fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, social and religious instability, political, economic or other developments in the law or regulations of the UK. Credit risk - Investment in bonds or other fixed income securities are subject to the risk that issuers not make payments on such securities. An issuer suffering from an adverse change in its financial condition could lower the quality of a security leading to greater price volatility on that security. Securities which were investment grade at the time of acquisition may be downgraded. The risk of any such downgrading will vary over time. Unless the Fund s investment policy provides otherwise, there is no specific requirement to sell such securities if they should fall below investment grade. 19

Longer term debt securities are usually more sensitive to interest rate changes. Investment risk - There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objective. There is no guarantee of the repayment of principal. The instruments invested by the Fund may fall in value. Is there any guarantee? Like most funds, this Fund does not have any guarantees. You may not get back full amount of money you invest. What are the fees and charges? Charges which may be payable by you You may have to pay the following fees when dealing in the shares of the Fund. Invesco Global High Income Fund (the Fund ) is a sub-fund of Invesco Funds Series 2, constituted in the form of a unit trust. It is domiciled in Ireland and its home regulator is the Central Bank of Ireland. Objectives and Investment Strategy The objective of the Fund is to achieve long-term returns through investments in a spread of debt securities in developed and emerging countries while maintaining a high income yield. The Manager will seek to achieve the investment objective by investing worldwide in a geographically diversified portfolio of debt securities providing a spread among various major currencies and maturities. 22
25 Invesco Global High Income Fund What are the key risks? Investment involves risks. Please refer to the Prospectus for details including the risks factors. Credit risk - Investment in bonds or other fixed income securities are subject to the risk that issuers not make payments on such securities. An issuer suffering from an adverse change in its financial condition could lower the quality of a security leading to greater price volatility on that security. Risk of investing in high yield bond - The Fund may invest in high yield bonds which involve substantial risk. High yield bonds are regarded as being predominately speculative as to the issuer s ability to make payments of principal and interest. Issuers of high yield debt securities may be highly leveraged and may not have available to them more traditional methods of financing. An economic recession may adversely affect an issuer s financial condition and the market value of high yield debt securities issued by such entity. Interest rate risk - The bonds or fixed income securities that the Fund invests in may fall in value if the interest rates change. Longer term debt securities are usually more sensitive to interest rate changes. Risk of investing in developing markets - The Fund may invest in emerging markets including Russia which involve certain risks such as higher price volatility, less publicly-available information, liquidity and regulatory risk. Risk with international investing - Since the Fund invests on an international basis, the value of the assets of the Fund may be affected by uncertainties of the underlying countries such as political, economic or other developments in the law or regulations of the countries in which the Fund may invest. Besides, as the Fund invests in securities denominated in different currencies other than the base currency of the Fund; changes in foreign currency exchange rates will affect the value of Shares held in the Fund. 23

PRODUCT KEY FACTS Invesco Global Health Care Fund A sub-fund of Invesco Funds Series 3 Invesco Global Health Care Fund (the Fund ) is a sub-fund of Invesco Funds Series 3, constituted in the form of a unit trust. It is domiciled in Ireland and its home regulator is the Central Bank of Ireland. Objectives and Investment Strategy The objective of this Fund is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing in healthcare companies throughout the world. The Manager will invest principally in four different sectors of the healthcare market, these being pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare services and medical technology and supplies. The Manager will seek to achieve the investment objective by investing primarily in equity or equity related securities. At least 70% of the Fund s total assets will be invested in healthcare companies throughout the world. 26
29 Invesco Global Health Care Fund What are the key risks? Investment involves risks. Please refer to the Prospectus for details including the risks factors. Risk of investing in sector-based fund - Since the Fund will not normally maintain a wide spread of investment, a more concentrated approach is taken which may result in above- average price (and net asset value) volatility. Risk of investing in healthcare companies - Certain of the companies in which the Fund may invest may allocate greater than usual financial resources to research and product development. The securities of such companies may experience above-average price movements associated with the perceived prospects of success of the research and development programmes. In addition, companies in which the Fund may invest may be adversely affected by lack of commercial acceptance of a new product or process or by technological change and obsolescence. Equities risk - The value of, and income derived from, equity securities held may fall as well as rise and the Fund may not recoup the original amount invested in such securities. The prices of and the income generated by equity securities may decline in response to certain events, including the activities and results of the issuer, general economic and market conditions, regional or global economic instability and currency and interest rate fluctuations. Risk of investing in developing markets - The Fund may invest in emerging markets which involve certain risks such as higher price volatility, less publicly-available information, liquidity and regulatory risk. 27
