1 FUEL CAMPAIGNS QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE Key: Ready-made document in FUEL Prepare your own and upload easily to FUEL VERSATILE CAMPAIGNS Call Every Day Call Every 3 Days Call Weekly Call Every Other Week Call Monthly Lead Nurture. Any of these simple campaigns will remind you to call your leads. May be used without or without the dialer. Recommend simultaneous use with Postcard campaigns as appropriate, with the SOI or any other campaign you build, or as additional follow-up to or during any campaign. Call Every Day is already tacked to the end of the following SELLER Lead SMS Response campaigns: EMARKETING, MY VALUE, RESULTSNOW, SOLD, VALUEPLUS. Use with buyer leads For your new anonymous Buyer leads, coming in from syndicates like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com. You need to be the agent who calls them first and keeps trying until you reach them. Use with seller leads For your Seller Leads, coming in from TheRedX, Vulcan7, LandVoice, etc. Chip away and keep calling, long after other agents have given up- conversion happens on the 8-12 th call sometimes! Tip: A call campaign is full of steps called Remove. This is like a sticker that, once you have called the person at that designated step, you will remove it and it will change to Called. See the dialer tutorial for more info. SOI MONTHLY CAMPAIGN Long-Term Lead Nurture. This pre-written campaign will automatically keep in touch with your Sphere, including buyers and sellers. It sends one a month for 13 months. Then it starts over again.

2 BUYER CAMPAIGNS DRIVE-BY BUYER CAPTURE PACKAGE For sign calls- capture every buyer every time. Put your Buyer Phone Number on your sign riders (see FUEL Help Desk / Miscellaneous for Sign Rider Order Form info), listing flyers, Craigslist listing promo ads, and other marketing materials for your listings. When buyers text the keyword home101 to your number, it will trigger these two campaigns: SMS home101 Conversation SMS home101 Conversation which will collect their name, and other info, then trigger SMS home101 Response Campaign Tips: Just clone the home101 SMS Conversation and Response Campaign to fit as many listings as you have, i.e., "Home 102, Home 103, Home 104, etc". Be sure to upload into FUEL your PDF of info for each home. OR upload it to your own website and send them the link. Try to offer info they couldn t get anywhere else, such as about the neighborhood, community stats, schools info, nearby establishments, etc. If you subscribe to FUEL Pages, you can simply send them a link to your address-specific site which will have a report with all that info in it! SMS home101 Response Campaign Sellers love to see a demo of this in action!

3 OPEN HOUSE CAPTURE PACKAGE For open houses-- capture incoming buyers. Position yourself as the fastest-responding, most knowledgeable agent or team to help buyers. Put your Open House or Buyer Phone Number on your bandit signs or other marketing materials for your open house and invite the text WELCOME. When buyers text WELCOME to your number, it will trigger: SMS WELCOME Conversation SMS WELCOME Conversation which will collect their name, and other info, then trigger SMS WELCOME Response Campaign SMS WELCOME Response Campaign The WELCOME Response provides detailed information about the open house by sending photos and directions to the interested buyer. It also captures their contact information and stores it in the FUEL database. Makes a very powerful demonstration to sellers in a listing appointment. Inside the WELCOME Response , or live (by you or your agents) at the open house, buyers will be invited to also text FAQ or ask you in person about your Buyer Frequently Asked Questions Report. This document is full of great info about buying a home in today s market, in your area. You can customize it by accessing the Word version in Fuel Help Desk. 4 SELLER CAMPAIGNS FARM DOMINATION PACKAGE Farm Domination Postcard Campaign- Are you on The List? Your Neighbors Are. Text LIST to receive a monthly home value report and stay up to date on neighborhood values. A Neighborhood Expert Direct Mail campaign, this repeated postcard positions you as the agent to whom neighbors should turn for the most accurate home pricing and best listing experience. Repeat as often as needed. Tips: This is a budget-friendly campaign. We have found that by hammering a small neighborhood (less than 200 homes) once a month for just 3 months with a Get Your Value call to action, you can get a good number of listings. You ll also build a pipeline of future listings by keeping them on The List. Even if you don t run the postcards every month, you re sending a value report to your List every month, keeping yourself in sellers top of mind awareness and making yourself indispensable to them. Try using a hi-res photo of an iconic place in your neighborhood, such as the lake, a seasonal event there, a beautiful typical home, or the front entrance. Replace the words area and community with the actual name of the neighborhood. If you like, change the background color; remove the sign photo on the back and put your own photo. FIRST Copy and rename the cards West Oaks Jumbo Farm Card etc. Never change the original, so you always have it as a template. SMS LIST Conversation SMS LIST Response Campaign Send Monthly Home Value Report Campaign

5 EXPIRED DOMINATION PACKAGE Expired Sellers will not get away when you use this to totally dominate the market. Stick your Expired Leads from any source on this campaign chain and watch the listings roll in. FUEL can send out a postcard the day their listing expires (takes only a few days to get to them). In the meantime, FUEL reminds you to call them every day til you reach them. If you make an appointment and take the listing, you can stop the postcards. Otherwise FUEL will not forget to keep chipping away at their resolve, by sending postcards like soldiers to their door. Each card has a different call to action, making it simple and painless for them to text you to find out more. You become the hero because you do not give up marketing to them, and your marketing techniques are so far above everyone else s. That speaks for itself in influencing them to hire you, because they know you ll treat their listing seriously. Tips: Be sure to upload a PDF into FUEL containing the documents that have asterisks*. Then insert the appropriate link into the body of the appropriate Response that will be sent out. If prepared when you send out the postcards, then it will go out automatically to the seller when they ask for it. 6 FSBO DOMINATION PACKAGE A FSBO Lead Direct Mail campaign, this 6 part postcard series positions you as the agent who wants to help For Sale By Owner home sellers and start a relationship with them, before even listing their home. Stealthily shows Unrepresented Sellers how much hard work and time is involved to prepare, present, market and transact their home. Set with a helpful tone, cards are already designed and each card contains one Call To Action using one Keyword for the lead to text to your FSBO Phone Number. For a period of 4 weeks, an Unrepresented Seller will receive 6 of these FSBO CTA postcards OR until they take action and contact you.
