6 The SOS Image Since our security personnel often provide the initial impression to a visitor, it is important that the correct image be conveyed. But image alone is not enough, attitude and service orientation are equally essential. People are the key to our success, and our management team s strength lies in its ability to guide and motivate our employees, thus contributing to overall client satisfaction.
