5 Advanced Water Distribution 36-Hour Certificate Program Designed for the water professional, this is a 12-week, 36-hour advanced class in water distribution operations. Course topics include introduction and review of water distribution systems, waterworks math (basic and advanced), distribution components, disinfection, wells and pumps, distribution system hydraulics, safety, water quality and administration. Prerequisite: Basic Water Distribution series, equivalent class or D2 certification. This class will prepare and qualify you for Grades D3, D4 and D5 exam. This course satisfies CDPH as a primary distribution course, secondary for both the treatment and distribution exams. CWEA approved for contact hours.
