An easy way to do tis is to say, Let me ceck wit my usband/wife for te best time and I will call you back. Use tis metod even if you are not married. Never let potential buyers know your scedule. Don t ever tell tem wen you won t be at ome, wen your spouse won t be ome, wen you pick up te kids, wen you work, wen you will be on vacation, etc. Never give a caller information about your ome s security suc as deadlock bolts, security systems, and so fort. Always ave a back up plan wen you allow strangers into your ome, especially if you ave cildren. Have a neigbor look out for you until te lookers ave gone. Never let a stranger into your ome witout seeing some identification. If te person says e/se is a real estate agent, ask for a card, ten call is /er office to verify te information if you don t recognize te person. Keep a log of everyone wo as looked at your ouse.
