Michele Uva General Manager FIGC 7 Michele Uva has held important management positions in volleyball, basketball and football clubs (including General Manager of Parma Football Club and General Manager of Lazio Football club). From 2009 to 2013 he was Chief of the Research, Development and Special Event Center at Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio and from May 15th 2013 to September 11th 2014 he was General Manager of CONI Servizi. Michele Uva became General Manager of FIGC on September 12th He also held several positions in Fifa and Uefa. From 2015, he became professor at Foro Italico University in Rome. Author of the books: La Ripartenza and Il Calcio ai tempi dello spread written with Gianfranco Teotino; Viaggio nello sport taliano written with Marco Vitale; Il Calcio Conta , written with Gianfranco Teotino e Niccolò Donna.

8 TESTIMONIAL F.I.G.C. Luigi Di Biagio National Italian Coach under 21 Luigi Di Biagio was a football player in important Italian clubs such as Lazio, Roma, Inter and Brescia. During his career he played 391 matches in the first division scoring 59 goals. He also played 35 matches in the National Italian Team (2 goals) when the Azzurri s obtained the second position in the year 2000 UEFA European Championship. After his retirement as player, he became coach in the youth teams of Atletico Roma and Cisco Roma and in July 25th 2011 he was nominated selector of the National Italian under 20 team. From July 2nd 2013 he started to coach the National Italian under 21 team. His team qualified to the upcoming UEFA European Championships which will be held in June 2015 in Czech Republic. 8

After studying in the United States, he founded Challenge Network in 2000 leading the Company to work with important national and multinational companies. Professor on contract, in DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGERIAL SKILLS at the Faculty of Economics of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Rome. Currently member of the HR and Professional Activities Section of the Council of Unindustria.

10 CHALLENGE NETWORK Stefano Meloni Senior Partner CHALLENGE NETWORK 10 Stefano Meloni has held positions of Human Resources & Organization Director in important companies of the insurance industry, Energy Production, Telecommunications. He was Chairman and Panel component for HR meetings and Roundtable 2007/2008/2009 organized by Business International. He is expert in change management and leadership fields. Since 2003, he is free lance Professor in HR and Organization subjects for LUISS & LUISS Business School (the first private University of Rome).
