For wheelchair access at our Kirkwood location, please use the parking lot behind Ginger Bay & enter through the glass office doors. reservations Appointment reservations can be made 7 days per week during normal business hours. You can also set up an account on our website to reserve select appointments online. Depending on the flexibility of your schedule & to ensure your desired date, we recommend making your reservation 1-2 weeks in advance for mid-week appointments & 3-4 weeks in advance for weekend appointments. For group reservations, we recommend 6-12 weeks in advance. deposits for multiple & select services A deposit utilizing a credit card is required for scheduling two or more services or services of higher value, such as keratin & hair extensions. For all new guest reservations, a credit card number is required to secure your reservation. We accept all 4 major credit cards. You may utilize another method of payment upon checkout. cancellations If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us within 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. To cancel a salon/spa package (3 or more services) without penalty, we require 48 hours notice. In the event a guest fails to arrive for a scheduled service without providing notice, 100% of the service cost will be charged. 2 missed or late cancelled services will require pre-payment for future visits. children This is your day to relax.
