2 Addressed Problems No coordination between NREN VoIP/VC support groups: Slow problem identification and resolution Bad user experience Lack of common monitoring tools: Interdomain facilities not monitored at all (stability?) GDS infrastructure has been very unstable Difficult to find VC/VoIP deployment information: Seeking new partnerships? Organise a multi-party conference? Multipoint resources for international meetings: Lack of multipoint VC service in many countries Third party services are volunteered, without guarantees
