20 Getting ready for version 11 Beta will be available soon (watch your announcements) Release is expected as the first release in 2014 (approximately Feb 2014) Customers who are not ready will be allowed to stay on version 10 till the second major release of 2014 (approximately in Oct 2014) Version 10 will not be supported except for severity one and approved severity two issues Customers staying back on V10 may upgrade to current production release by making a request to the service desk Anyone still on V10 for the Fall 2014 release will be upgraded to the current production version at that time (V13) 20

The period may be extended depending on customer feedback, the complexity of the release, or other factors beyond our control. 21

Internet Explorer -> IE10, IE9, & IE8 are supported. Chrome -> Most recent version. NOTE: Google Chrome applies updates automatically; PowerSteering makes every effort to support the most recent version, however, anomalies occasionally creep in. Firefox -> Most recent version. NOTE: Firefox applies updates automatically; PowerSteering makes every effort to support the most recent version, however, anomalies occasionally creep in. Safari -> Most recent version. Other browsers (including mobile) In most cases, other browsers provide a similar experience to the full browsers, however, they are not rigorously tested. Look for our mobile apps coming soon and better responsive design architecture later in

23 Classic reports retirement Customers using legacy classic reports have been advised to move off them for the past couple of years They will be officially turned off and unavailable in the Fall 2014 release Problems with those reports between now and then will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and they may not be fixed if the report is easily replicated by other capabilities Watch your announcements 23
