25 Results Network dependent applications slowed or unresponsive. VoIP sites were shutdown, phones reverted to emergency mode Call/Contact Centers were shutdown. Access to files were slow

26 Recommendations & Conclusions Small locations users didn t notice much difference, just a few seconds longer to access data. All other locations had significant issues Infrastructure inferior to use newer or latest technologies Improperly designed architecture must be resolved. #1 priority Must be approached via a project management methodology

27 Lessons Learned All departments must be involved SME Must be ran like any other project to avoid pitfalls and potholes Logical approach Small; medium, large, etc
