1 Trade Show Exhibitor Spaces Exhibitor spaces are available to OMAC members and OOH suppliers on a first come basis. A limited number of spaces are available and must be confirmed no later than October 7, OMAC will confirm an exhibitor s space upon receipt of the completed form and a cheque to cover space fees. Exhibit Space Fees OMAC OOH Members and Associate Members: $ % HST OOH Suppliers: $1, % HST Your fee includes: Exhibit show space approx. 10 x 10 area 50 word description and logo included in conference agenda Logo recognition on stage monitors and presentation screen Two tickets to event presentations One 5 skirted table and 2 chairs Electrical outlet Wireless internet The exhibit booth space fee does not include the following: lighting within the booth space, set up and dismantling or other special requirements. Exhibition Move-In and Set-Up Time Exhibitors should enter through the backstage loading area located at 25 John Street. Exhibitors will be assigned a time to move in and set up on Oct. 27, 2015 between 6 pm to 10 pm. All displays must be completed and ready before 7:00 am on Oct. 28, 2015 for the start of the event. No display materials except for those carried by hand may be moved in the exhibit area once the event has started. 1/5

2 Dismantling and Move-Out Time No display shall be dismantled before the event closing time of 12 noon on Oct. 28, Any material left on the floor after 2:00 pm on Oct. 28 will be removed and you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $400. Exhibit spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. No refunds will be given if exhibit space is cancelled. OMAC reserves the right to accept or reject any application for exhibit space. Exhibit Space Regulations Nothing should be posted on, attached, nailed, screwed or otherwise attached to columns, walls, floors, or other parts of the building or furniture. Liability Under no circumstances will OMAC assume any responsibility for loss or damage which might ensure from any cause in connection with transfer, installation, maintenance, or removal of exhibits and goods belonging to the exhibitor. OMAC will not assume any responsibility for loss or damage caused to exhibitors by fire, theft, damage, and personal injury or otherwise. Exhibitors are advised to carry appropriate insurance to cover display materials against damage and loss as well as public liability against injury to the person and property of others. Please provide OMAC with a certificate of insurance showing coverage by Oct. 7, /5
