4 Register You will be sent an with a link to the registration screen. Enter your information and click Register. CSR Portal Help Guide CSR October Portal 29, Help 2013 Guide Rev. 11/18/13 4 4

5 Username and Password Your username is your primary address on file in the Microsoft CRM membership system. In the Registration process, choose a password that is a minimum of 8 characters and contains at least one number and one capital letter. 13 Viewing Data Member data in the CSR Portal is delivered in REAL TIME from CRM. Member data in the Movement Report might be several days old, and may not match the real-time data in the Portal. 16 Contact Views Helpful Hints In this context, the word View means the list of members and/or non members that fit specific criteria. 18 Member Views Helpful Hints The View Results Page shows 15 entries per page. To view more entries, click the Next button. To sort the data, you must download to Excel. 23 Printing Labels Select the Member Roster Labels view and click the blue W icon. CSR Portal Help Guide CSR October Portal 29, Help 2013 Guide Rev. 11/18/

24 Printing Labels The names and addresses will appear in the Word doc ordered by zip code, then by last name, then first name. Insert Avery 5160 label paper and print ONE page first to test output. 38 Submit a Contact Change Request The Address Change form creates a Request, which is sent to the Membership Dept for review and processing.
