Collaborative Research on Ageing The Medea Scientific Institute is the largest Institution of rehabilitation in Italy with 4 research centres located in Lombardy Region, Veneto Region, Friuli Venezia e Giulia Region and Puglia Regione, 35 rehabilitation centres and over 20,000 services /year. The Conegliano Research Centre has in addition a specific competence in the evaluation and rehabilitation ti of adults with neuropsychological l impairments.

Collaborative Research on Ageing Our Institute has been involved in the validation of ICF, and more specifically the Conegliano-Pieve di Soligo Research Centre has been an active research partner of WHO and other institutions in Italy and Europe promoting the implementation ti of ICF in the health sector. The Conegliano Centre is the Research Branch of the Italian WHO Collaborating Centre for ICF.

Collaborative Research on Ageing Staff involved in the project P.I. - Andrea Martinuzzi M.D., Ph.D., Neurologist, Head and Clinico-Scientific Coordinator of the Conegliano Research Centre of the Medea Scientific Institute. He is member of the WHO ICF children working group, is Vice President of the Disability Italian Network, is secretary of the Triveneto section of the Italian Society of Neurology, is Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology. He is working in the field since 1999.

7 . Collaborative Research on Ageing Emanuela Russo, MS M.S. Psychologist and Psychotherapist. Consultant at the Conegliano Research Centre, with special appointment for ICF based projects and neuropsychology, she is member of the board of Disability Italian Network, working in the field since 2000, research interest: development and validation of ICF based assessment instruments. Monica Castelli Responsible of the Grant Office for International projects, with long experience in preparing and managing FP projects. Laura Nulli Responsible of the Administrative aspects of national and international projects.
