10 Skills Assessment Management Style How do you usually find out that there is a problem with the project or an issue? Is it mostly by random walking around or by the use of project metrics? How do team members inform you of their status? Do you feel asking for continual updates or status is micro-managing? Do you accept answers at face value? Can you drill down when necessary to uncover potential problems?

11 Skills Assessment Leadership Do you prefer to convince someone or command someone? How do you think you can prevent the Us versus Them situations? Is trust earned or assumed?
