2 Introduction Oakleaf Fleet Services is one of our newest brands introduced to the Group in the summer of 2015, with the purpose of expanding our fleet services in partnership with Northway Auto Services. Our own fleet of vehicles has been steadily increasing in recent years to include over 100 vehicles. We set up our first garage and workshop with the aid of Northway Auto Services in As part of the expansion, Oakleaf Fleet Services can also provide a maintenance service to small fleet operators as well as the private sector, incorporating vehicle servicing, repairs and MOT testing. We have a modern workshop located on a brand new four acre site, where we have invested an additional 60,000 of new equipment and tools for the 2015 opening, meaning we now have the facility to maintain and repair both light commercial, fleet and private vehicles. We can ensure a quick turnaround to ensure that your vehicles are back on the road as quickly as possible. Our mechanics are fully trained professionals and our reputation means everything to us, while offering competitive and free quotations. Our workshop is equipped to manage your repairs and solve faults using the latest diagnostic technology, ensuring that your vehicle is up and running without delay. We know how to keep you moving

3 Light Commercial Vehicles Our current vehicle fleet consists of over 100+ commercial vehicles from a range of manufacturers including Vauxhall, Ford, Mitsubishi and Iveco which Northway Auto Services have MOT d, serviced and maintained since We are a class IV and VII approved MOT testing station for all cars and light commercial vehicles. With the investment into building our new vehicle workshop and new equipment and tools, we have the facility to also maintain and repair vans/light commercial vehicles as well as private cars. We can also provide repairs for small fleet operators with vehicles up to 3500kg.

4 Motor Cars private and fleet Specialising in small fleet maintenance service and repair, our aim is to maintain your vehicle efficiently and effectively at the best price. Our team of fully qualified and experienced mechanics are trustworthy and reliable, and offer an expert service at competitive rates. We also offer service and repair of most makes and models of vehicle and our up-to-date diagnostic test equipment can identify faults on most cars, enabling us to repair your vehicle and get you back on the road as quickly as possible. We have a new designated MOT testing bay (MOT s by appointment only). We have a seated viewing area so you can observe the MOT test while you wait.

5 Fleet As part of Oakleaf Commercial Services, we have our own fleet of over 100 vehicles which are serviced in our workshop, along with the maintenance of the grounds equipment for Oakleaf Grounds Services. Our business partners, Northway Auto Services, have over 40 years fleet maintenance experience and as well as supporting the entire fleet for The Community Housing Group, they also maintain vehicles for BT Fleet and other large national utility companies. Northway are also repairers through the 1link system, which is an electronic trading platform used by larger lease companies. The system connects these larger companies to leading fleet maintenance companies all over the UK. We will look after your fleet requirements ensuring that you are back on the road as quickly as possible.

6 Grounds Services Equipment Maintenance Quality & Accreditations Our fleet services operation provides essential support to our grounds division, maintaining a huge number and variety of plant and equipment including mowers, tractors, ride on mowers, trailers and handheld equipment, totalling over 170 items. The range of vehicles regularly maintained and serviced includes Mitsubishi, Iveco, Vauxhall and Ford, as well as plant equipment that include John Deere, Stihl, Timberwolf and Ifor Williams. Our onsite mechanics maintain this modern fleet of mowers and equipment, always ensuring that the team always has the right tool for the job and guaranteeing that no time is lost due to mechanical failure. Northway Auto Services are members of the RMI (Retail Motor Industry Federation), who is the leading automotive trade body in the UK, representing franchised car and commercial vehicle dealers; independent garages and bodyshops amongst others. They are also an approved MOT testing centre. The MOT test is a compulsory, annual test for safety and exhaust emissions and every vehicle over 3 years old must have a certificate to be road legal. Oakleaf Commercial Services has achieved the international standard ISO 9001, and ISO is the largest standards organisation and enables businesses to develop and offer products and services that meet a required benchmark around the world. The standards provide a guarantee to customers that they will receive quality, safety and reliability.
