1 COMPANY PROFILE THE HAP s.r.l. is an engineering company using a systematic and organic approach, based on the principle of resource integration, to create new potential connections and develop shared objectives. MISSION THE HAP Architectural&Planning offers services as a global partner for manager working in hospitality and real estate sectors, from the initial evaluation of an idea to the final building, through planning, organization and managing problems connected with the creation of a building or, more specifically, an accommodation facility. SERVICES 1. THE HAP provides the following services: 1.1. Studies and preliminary investigations planning studies market studies feasibility studies economic and financial studies research and development studies risk evaluation studies 1.2. Architectural Projects and Interiors Design surveying: production of technical drawings of the existing situation, analysis of conformity to current standards, photographic site documentation

2 preliminary: production of technical drawings and 3D renderings for spatial and functional dimensioning, development and enhancement of architectural ideas definitive: production of the architectural project in different scales, 3D renderings, project report, production of documents for authorization Interiors design: production of drawings of furniture and furnishings, 3D renderings, material samples executive: production of detail drawings, definition of technical choices for implementation, THE HAP dimensioning plant engineering: dimensioning of plant specifications and production of mechanical, electrical and special projects construction: production of material samples, technical construction drawings, full-scale models of construction details, production of sample rooms 1.3. Contracts preparation of technical documentation for work contracts technical performance specifications functional layout tables tables of finishes contract texts tender presentation models client assistance during tender, negotiation and contract 1.4. Work management and Technical inspection appointment as Director of Works in accordance with the laws in force project validation verification and approval of executive and construction drawings and of samples supplied by contractors technical site supervision during execution of building work and installation of both general and specific systems, in order to: ensure that the work performed conforms to the project, the contractual conditions, current standards and the rules of good workmanship monitor the different phases of execution of the work through regular meetings documented by appropriate reports verify that the company possesses and updates the site documents and respects the laws in force inspect and test equipment and material in the builders workshops

Program monitoring examination and approval of the detailed contractors work program regular monitoring of work progress with respect to program defined verification that all orders for the purchase of material and equipment are made by the contractors in accordance with the program defined 1.6. Cost control preparation of operational budget technical examination and economic evaluation of all the variants requested by the client or suggested by the contractors monthly monitoring of cost technical and financial verification and approval of progress reports submitted by contractors technical and financial verification of final accounts submitted by contractors 1.7. Acceptance tests preparation of all documents relating to the finished work, quality control and completeness of each individual structure and system coordination of work by contractors prior to acceptance by Client verification and approval of user and maintenance manuals for the different systems and as built drawings provided by contractors final tests documentation relating to the finished work in order to obtain building approval from the appropriate authorities (Local Council, VVF (Fire Brigade), ASL (Health Authority), etc.).
