The foreign exchange market (forex, FX, or currency market) is a global decentralized market for the trading of currencies. 9 05. Our Team We are a small dynamic team comprising out of two professional traders who are also the founders of QLC with years of Forex trading and Business management experience. Over the years QLC s founders gained a high level of expertise in currency trading, we have an in-depth understanding of what drives the market and performance, but we also developed our own distinct risk-return strategy. QLC set clear objectives in order to provide our clients attractive returns over the medium to long term. QLC applies and conforms to a maximum value at risk* (VAR) of 20%, even though we never reached this VAR up to now. We also pride ourselves to never have reached a margin call ever. 08

QLC s FX Trading Strategy & Trading Plan QLC has developed its trading strategy over a long term and constantly seeks to improve and adapt to changing market conditions, our trading strategy is a combination of various factors and opportunities. We are therefore proactive in our trading strategy so that when decision time arrives, preparation has been done. We look for opportunity to catch reversals of the last trend and hold the positions until the current trend ends and once again reverses. By using chart logic to read the market and price action to trade, we identify the tipping points in the charts ahead of the turn and prepare ourselves to jump in the trades with accuracy. Every trading period, whether daily, weekly or monthly, can be used to calculate Pivot levels relevant to the next period; a Pivot level, 2 support and 2 resistance levels. QLC uses these points to enter or exit trades. Fibonacci also plays a big role in our trading strategy, for instance a specific movement in the market will give rise to several Fibonacci levels, the calculated retracement levels are then used to enter a trade in the direction of the original movement and the calculated extension levels are used to take positions in the opposite direction of the original movement. This is typically one example where we apply Fibonacci levels amongst others. We re constantly looking for repeating patterns in the market and trade accordingly, following the previous patterns and confirmations. QLC reads market behavior and understands the different sessions together with their changeovers; we have identified the best sessions that work for us and understand the accumulation phase of the market, hence we use it to trade in our advantage and decision making. Focussing on the hi-lo board enables us to spot the patterns where the market would turn. Our take is that there is always a high and a low each day, the challenge of course is to pick the high or low of the day with accuracy, this we identify with success to our advantage. QLC successfully recognizes shift candles which puts us on the right side of the market, trading in-line with the market makers. We constantly identify patterns likely to put us in high probability trades.

Risk Management With investor comfort paramount, Quantum Leap Capital offers investor security in the following ways: QLC uses a systematic approach to actively reduce risk at source and incorporate tried and tested risk management techniques into our overall trading strategy and trading plan. QLC employs stringent risk controls on all Client investments with a proven trading strategy. Dynamic stop-losses and relative hedging are utilized to reflect directional bias. Investment positions will be mainly in G10 currencies, although other currencies may be traded if the opportunity arises and only if we believe it would enhance our Client returns. Draw-downs never exceeds 20%, maximum value at risk is therefore 20%. Only cash settled (t+2) spot foreign exchange transactions will be used by QLC. Stop-losses are set at a standard of between 1% to 3.5%. No more than 2% of the capital invested will be traded in any given trade. 10
