12 Statement Of Work Design and implement an enterprise integration solution to meet the identified functional and non-functional requirements at the minimum Establish enterprise integration capabilities and practices for effective use of the solution (product training for users/developers, technical handover) Manage change for successful adoption and implementation of the enterprise integration solution and associated capabilities within business and ICT Provide the solution architecture blueprint and plan for future evolution of solution Train and transfer skills for operational maintenance and support of the solution (technical training for technical support and maintenance staff) Maintain the solution for a period of three years after implementation

14 Service Objectives as defined in the Implementation Scope Quality of Implementation: designing and implementing the EIS covering all areas detailed in the Implementation Scope with minimal disruptions to the business operations of UNISA during the roll-out of the project; Speed of Implementation: being able to complete the implementation of the EIS within the given Milestones; Cost-efficiency: perform the implementation of the EIS at market competitive pricing and in any event as agreed between the parties in accordance the Annexure A11 EIS RFT Implementation Pricing Template; Access to expertise: leverage the expertise of the Implementation Partner; and Deliver value to UNISA: excellent services, based on EIS management best practices in higher education
