11 Better Government programme The mission of the Better Government programme is to initiate and support activities leading to the improvement of the functioning of public institutions in Poland The programme is focused on three priority areas: Governance Healthcare Infrastructure EY Through the Better Government Programme, Ernst & Young is participating in the public debate on public sector reform in Poland. The Programme aims to stimulate discussion on the quality of public institutions and to facilitate development of new solutions to improve their performance Page 11

12 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year EOY program in Poland: We promote Polish entrepreneurship The Polish edition of the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year program has been run since The initiative promotes the spirit of entrepreneurship and supports development of the most valuable private companies. An independent jury identifies the most successful entrepreneurs, taking into consideration their effectiveness, financial results of their companies, innovativeness, strategy, international activity and relations with the environment, in which they operate. Winner of the Polish edition of the competition participates in the international finals organized every year in Monte Carlo by Ernst & Young.. The program has been supported over the years by strong media partners and their significant assistance has contributed to creating a positive image for Polish entrepreneurship. Page 12
