6 FOR USE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES ONLY: MONTEREY Refinance Escrow Services: For escrow involving the refinancing of an existing deed of trust on a one-to-four family residence, the charge shall be the amount shown below: TRANSACTION AMOUNT $ $500,000 $ $500,001 - $1,000,000 $ $1,000,001 and above $ For the purposes of this section only, "Refinance Escrow Services" shall include the following services: (a) ordering demands and making payoffs on up to two (2) previous loans by either check or wire transfer; (b) disburse balance of proceeds, by either check or wire transfer, to up to 4 payees; (c) company-performed in office document signing; and (d) standard in-house courier services. Refinance Escrow services do not include notary fees, third-party or out-of-office signing services, lender payoff and demand fees, recording fees, transfer tax or other governmental fees or charges.
