3 The CCL Advantage You want the best. Organizations want the best leadership talent at the helm. To help achieve this, working with partners with recognized expertise is critical. The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL ) has devoted itself exclusively to the study and practice of leadership development for more than 40 years. And coaching practices have been an integral part of our training for decades. Today, CCL has over 500 multilingual, multicultural executive coaches in 30 countries with the ability to coach across most industries. Our global management personnel and technology infrastructures enable CCL to provide an unparalleled continuum of services at all levels: from individual to team to large-scale organizational initiatives. The Benefits of Coaching Coaching helps: Increase the impact of learning experiences by translating them into action. Accelerate learning and on-boarding to a new role. Develop critical thinking, learning agility and confidence. Support a significant increase in responsibilities. Retain key leadership talent. Improve individual or team performance. Develop high-performance teams. Promote transformation, both at an individual and organizational level. Sustain shifts in organizational culture. 3

6 Tracking and Reporting Services CCL s reporting software is highly flexible, capable of incorporating a variety of presentation options, and powerful enough to handle the largest global projects. Our sophisticated scoring and reporting rules-based engine allows CCL to customize reports, scoring and reporting criteria and configurations. CCL is able to capture real-time data about the type, length and status of coaching engagements and create utilization reports that can show the status of participants during any stage of the process. Development goals and progress toward those goals over time are also tracked within this system. CCL compiles data to generate reports on goal trends and success rates. Evaluating Impact Services CCL is the creator and exclusive provider of the Coaching Evaluation Assessment (CEA), a customizable product that measures the impact of executive coaching. The CEA tracks goal progress, critical behavior change in the leader being coached, and individual, team and organizational impact as judged by others. The flexibility of the CEA allows for an accurate measurement of impact with a low investment of time by raters. In addition to measuring the impact of single coaching engagements, the CEA also provides coaches with feedback about their style and organizations with data that is critical to maintaining coach quality. CCL s Evaluation and Measurement department can also create custom evaluations to fit a client s specific needs. 7
