How it all began Netherlands-based Jean Pierre Mampaey began his career in hospitality at the tender age of 14 working as a barrier attendant at Roompot Beach Resort and Campsite. The best central reservation system available today - WyseCentral, Newyse's commanding central reservation system, allows you to manage reservations from a variety of sources and channels (internet, travel agents, groups, wholesale, call centre and so on). It supports timeshare and interval ownership concepts, including points-based, fixed week, floating week, quarter share, eight share and others. Combinations of all of those are also possible, as is combining business models: timeshare, whole ownership and hotel rooms in one single management system. 4 Advanced accommodation booking engine - Our advanced booking engine allows you as a holiday rental provider to offer guests and timeshare owners a selection box of detailed booking options so they can select the precise accommodation they want. This is particularly important for boosting the customer experience and enabling them to select "child-friendly accommodation", for example, or "ground-floor wheelchair access". With Newyse, you can manage different rental periods (daily, weekly, monthly, six-monthly, yearly), supply owner statements (supporting different statement cycles). It also handles Frequent Guest Awards schemes and loyalty programmes. With still being one of the fastest and most popular communication methods to date, Newyse supports integrated communication. Owner-specific attachments (copy invoices, work orders and utility bills, for example) can be included. Housekeeping and work orders can be tracked and scheduled. Owners can be billed and vendors/contractors paid using Newyse. Housekeeping and work order histories can be viewed and reports compiled and printed.
