Encourage, recognize and reward the TEAM MEMBERS for their achievements: courses completed and certificates of levels completion, and increase of productivity among others Include elearning in the PDR interviews and establish goals and objectives based on the user s s needs and ROAD( number of courses, faculties and subjects) Ask the GMs about their group of users performance Meet the HU elearners in your function or area of responsibility as often as possible Share the success stories in your area of responsibility with the team members Be a HU elearning spoke person everywhere!
15 New Initiatives in the Miami Area Office After Hours study group- have lots of fun and study with the team once a month. Course of the month- a course will be chosen to be completed based on our unique needs as an Area Team Our achievements as a Team will be included in the Lead Table sent to the operations every month An incentive ( surprise, surprise!) will be awarded in December 2004 to the function ( engineering, accounting, taxes, human resources, information, business development, sales and marketing, Caribbean etc.with the best utilization ratio per user A follow up session to be programmed for July 2004 to measure progress
