Trailblazed and co-structured in the organization and start-up operation of the joint venture companies providing utility services to the Zone, monitored their operation, and represented CDC in the Board and Executive Committee of various joint venture companies. Represented the Corporation in the Central Luzon Investment Council tasked in identifying growth centers and industrial estates in Central Luzon to complement the development of Subic and Clark. December 1982 to May 1988 Represented the hospital in the Project Management Team for the construction, rehabilitation and completion of the Central Block Medical Center of PGH. The Project was funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Past and Present Involvements in Infrastructure Projects 1. Various Master Planning Exercise for specific properties in Fort Bonifacio. Fort Bonifacio is over 400 hectare former military facility being administered and developed by BCDA.. Whenever a portion of Fort Bonifacio is scheduled for disposition the first order of business is the preparation of the conceptual land use plan to ensure a seamless and harmonious development of the property visa-vis other adjacent developed properties. Today Fort Bonifacio is host to fast growing mixed use development at the heart of Metro Manila. 2. Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway Project, 98 k expressway linking the economic zones of Subic, Clark and Hacienda Luisita. Actual project construction started last May 2005, expected date of completion end of Infrastructure Development Projects, inside Fort Bonifacio and Villamor Air Base. Most of the infrastructure projects are being undertaken by private real estate developers either on a lease agreement basis or joint venture basis with BCDA. (On-going) 4. NAIA Expressway Road Project, implementing agency is DPWH for the road network linking South Luzon Expressway to Roxas Boulevard servicing the NAIA Terminal 3 Project. (On-going) 5. Clark Centennial Complex, construction of the Philippine Centennial centerpiece in Clark Field for the Centennial Celebration of the Philippine Republic, 1996 to Sacobia Bridge Project, 1 kilometer bridge connecting the Clark Main Zone with the Clark Sub-Zones, 1996 to Rehabilitation of the Subic-Clark Fuel Pipeline Project, undergroundfuel pipeline facilityfrom Subic to Clark, 1996 to Various Master Plan Exercises for Clark Special Economic Zone 9. Supervised the infrastructure projects implemented by the various utility companies operating inside the Clark Special Economic Zone 10.
