Northwest Career & Technical High School Building 14, Northwest Career and Technical High School is a school of choice that provides a rigorous educational program. Opportunity Grant Building 17, Provides financial assistance and innovative student support services for low-income adults. Running Start Building 17, Running Start offers college courses for eligible high school Juniors and Seniors. While in the program, students earn dual credits for high school and college. Transferability of Clover Park Technical College Credit Many Clover Park Technical College programs have individual agreements with other academic institutions that provide for the transfer of credits. Acceptance of credit taken at one educational institution is always at the discretion of the receiving institution. Students are advised to contact the registrar of the receiving institution to discuss its policies and procedures for transfer credit.
