So we have created the most lucrative, rewarding and easy to follow compensation plan for our affiliates that appreciates your great achievements. There are 9 ways to earn with Shopping Sherlock: 1. Sherlock Usage Income 2. 20% Override of Sherlock Usage Income 3. Fast Start Bonus Sherlock System Sales 4. Sales Cycles Bonus 5. Subscription Cycle Bonus 6. Team Builder Bonus 7. Global Check Match 8. Diamond Global Check Match 9. Equity Program does NOT guarantee any level of income or earnings to any affiliate. Earnings from the Shopping Sherlock Compensation Plan solely depend on Web App usage, sales and each affiliate s skill, ability, and personal application. 2
3 BONUSES #1 Sherlock Usage Income Shopping Sherlock shares the Affiliate Income it receives with Independent Sherlock Affiliates. Affiliate income includes: 1. Lead Generation 2. Pay-Per-Sale (PPS)* 3. Pay-Per-Offer (PPO) 4. Daily Deals As an active Independent Sherlock Affiliate you have the opportunity to give away unlimited free Sherlock Web Apps. Affiliate commissions are calculated monthly and are scheduled to be posted on the last day of the second month following the month of activity. For example September Affiliate Commissions are posted on November 30. October posted on December 31, November posted on January 31. *Includes the Luxury Resort Travel vouchers! does NOT guarantee any level of income or earnings to any affiliate. 4 #2 20% Override Sherlock Usage Income An Independent Sherlock Affiliate may qualify to earn a 20% Override Bonus of the Sherlock Usage Income earnings of their front line Affiliates. The 20% Override Bonus is paid on: 1. Lead Generation 2. Pay Per Offer (PPO) 3. Pay Per Sale (PPS) 4. Daily Deals Commissions A Affiliate may receive the 20% Override Bonus by reaching the rank of Power Affiliate which involves selling 4 Sherlock Systems and having a team of % Affiliate Override Commissions are calculated monthly and are scheduled to be posted on the last day of the second month following the month of activity. For example September Affiliate Commissions are posted on November 30. October posted on December 31, November posted on January 31. 4
5 #3 Fast Start Bonus Sherlock System Sales A Sherlock Affiliate earns USD $100 each time they personally sell 2 Sherlock Systems. There is not a deadline to accomplish the sale of 2 Sherlock Systems, nor is there a limit to the number of Sherlock Systems an Affiliate may sell, and therefore there is not a limit to the number of $100 System Sales Bonuses that a Affiliate may earn. Sherlock System Sales are calculated weekly. " &"
6 #4 Sales Cycle Bonus As an Affiliate, your focus will be on personally dispensing free Web Apps and if you choose, optionally, on selling Sherlock Systems and building and supporting an organization of affiliates. The Dual Team Pay (DTP) commissions portion of the Shopping Sherlock Compensation plan is based on two teams also referred to as legs. You will be placed in one of two legs, left or right. (This part of the compensation plan is sometimes referred to as a binary.) You will then be compensated based on successfully building two legs of your own. Your sponsor (or anyone else above you in the Dual Team tree) may place people in your organization. As your group begins to grow, as long as you are active and qualified you are entitled to Dual Team Pay commissions based on the total Sherlock System sales and subscription/maintenance fees generated by ALL those who have been placed under you in the organization, even if they have been placed there by upline sales team members. The Dual Team Pay (DTP) structure will pay a cycle commission of USD $50 every time two Sherlock Systems (USD $249) are sold in each of your Dual Team Pay legs. (2 in your left team and 2 in your right team.) Dual Team Pay (DTP) commissions are not based on levels but rather, on the total number of System sales and monthly subscriptions paid. The two team structure creates excitement and leverage by helping multiple team members benefit from each Sherlock System sale and monthly subscription. Dual Team Pay commissions are calculated weekly. 6
7 #5 Subscription Cycle Bonus Using the same principle as the Sales Cycle Bonus, this income stream is very similar. Instead of $50 every 2 Sales left and 2 Sales right. The Dual Team Pay (DTP) structure will pay a cycle commission of USD $10 every time two Monthly Subscriptions ($34.95) are paid in each of your Dual Team Pay legs. (2 in your left team and 2 in your right team.) Over time, as your team grows, this bonus can be rather substantial. 7
8 #6 Team Builder Bonus Power Affiliate $200 is paid to a new Affiliate if they qualify as a Power Affiliate within 15 days of making their first sale! Global Power Affiliate $2,000 is paid to a new Affiliate if they qualify as a Global Power Affiliate in their first 180 days. 8
9 #7 Global Check Match To reward leaders in the field, Shopping Sherlock created Check Match commissions. As a Global Power Affiliate you earn a 20% Check Match on the Dual Team Pay commissions paid to all Affiliates you personally sell/enroll, all the Affiliates they sell/enroll, and so on down to, and including on the first qualified Global Power Affiliate or Diamond Affiliate in each line of personal sponsorship. It is important to note that you receive 20% Check Match not only on the first qualified Global Power Affiliates or Diamond Power Affiliates in each of your lines of personal sponsorship but also on every Affiliate of a lesser rank between you and the first Global Power/Diamond Power in each line. There are no limits to the number of Sherlock Systems you may personally sell, so no limit to the number of lines of personal sponsorship on which you can earn 20% Global Power Check Match. Global Power Check Match commissions are calculated weekly and there are NO limits to how much an active and qualified Global Power Affiliate can earn in 20% Check Match commissions. 9
10 #8 Diamond Global Check Match As a Diamond Power Affiliate you earn 10% to 30% Check Match on the Dual Team Pay commissions paid to all Affiliates you personally sell/enroll, all the Affiliates they sell/enroll, and so on down to, and including on the first qualified Global Power Affiliate and Diamond Power Affiliate in each line of personal sponsorship. It is important to note that you receive 10% to 30% Check Match not only on the first qualified Global Power and Diamond Power Affiliates in each of your lines of personal sponsorship but also on every Affiliate of a lesser rank in between you and the first Global Power/Diamond Power Affiliate. Example 1: In this example you are a Diamond Power Affiliate and have a line of personal sponsorship with a Global Power Affiliate. You earn a 30% Check Match on the Dual Team Pay of all Affiliates through the line of personal sponsorship down to and including on the Global Power Affiliate and 10% Check Match on the Dual Team Pay of all Affiliates below the Global Power Affiliate. There are no limits to the number of Sherlock Systems you may personally sell, so no limit to the number of lines of personal sponsorship on which you can earn 10% to 30% Diamond Check Match. Diamond Check Match commissions are calculated weekly and there are NO limits to how much an active and qualified Diamond Power Affiliate can earn in 10% to 30% Check Match commissions. 10
11 #9 Equity Program Global Power Affiliates and Diamond Global Power Affiliates have the chance to own their part of the company! Shopping Sherlock is giving people the opportunity to climb the ladder of success to achieve part ownership! Here are the requirements and rewards: Must achieve the rank of Global Power Affiliate or Diamond Global Power Affiliate! Must be exclusive to Shopping Sherlock (cannot be a part of multiple opportunities). Must sell at least 1 Sherlock System every 90 days! Global Power Affiliates enter in the share of 2.5% Diamond Global Power Affiliates enter in another share of 2.5% All references to income, implied or stated, through this document and the Shopping Sherlock Compensation Plan are for illustration purposes only. Shopping Sherlock does NOT guarantee any level of income or earnings to any affiliate. Earnings from the Shopping Sherlock Compensation Plan solely depend on Web App usage, sales 11
12 Shopping Sherlock Ranks Star Affiliate Must have personally sold/enrolled 2 Affiliates. 1 on your left leg, and 1 on your right leg. Plus a minimum of 5 free Sherlock Saver registrations with your personal ID number/key. A Star Affiliate can earn up to $2,000 per week (maximum) in the DTP commissions! Power Affiliate Must have a minimum of 4 personally sold/enrolled Affiliates. At least 1 personally sold/enrolled Affiliate in your left team and at least 1 personally sold/enrolled Affiliate in your right team. A minimum of 8 others (12 total) through the line of personal sponsorship who are Affiliates. Plus a minimum of 10 free Sherlock Saver registrations with your personal ID number/key. You now earn 20% on your first levels Sherlock Usage income. A Power Affiliate can earn up to $3,000 per week (maximum) in the DTP commissions! Global Power Affiliate Must have helped 4 personally sold/enrolled to become Power Affiliates, with a minimum of 8 others (12 total) who are Power Affiliates, through the line of personal sponsorship, with at least 1 personally sold/enrolled Power Affiliate on your left team and at least 1 personally sold/enrolled Power Affiliate on your right team. Plus a minimum of 20 free Sherlock Saver registrations with your personal ID number/key. A Global Power Affiliate can earn unlimited 20% Check Match Bonuses. A Global Power Affiliate can earn up to $20,000 per week (maximum) in the DTP commissions! Diamond Power Affiliate Must have helped 8 through 8 separate lines of personal sponsorship become Global Power Affiliates, with a minimum total of 16 Global Power Affiliates, with at least 1 Global Power Affiliate on your left team and at least 1 Global Power Affiliate on your right team. Plus a minimum 40 free Sherlock Saver registrations with your personal ID number/key. A Diamond Power Affiliate can earn unlimited 10% to 30% Check Match Bonuses. A Diamond Global Power Affiliate can earn up to $20,000 per week (maximum) in the DTP commissions!
