2 Role : Information Manager / Business Relation Manager Period : May Present Assignment : Aligning various business units of TNO on the developments and requirements in the IT landscape, mainly focused on SAP and Microsoft oriented IT environment. Drafting requirements and validating the chosen solution. The main business units are HR, Finance, Communications and Facilities. Large areas and Projects worked at TNO: Outsourcing the SAP landscape to an external party (CAP). This is part of the European evaluation committee for procurement. Package Selection, purchase and implementation HR Recruitment system (Connexys replacing SAP), Human Performance Management and implementing a call registration system. Drafting requirements, architecture and product choice for the Self Service HR process within SAP HR and integrated with SharePoint. Activities have been transferred to Serbia to lower the cost-price of support. Size of the unit is 130 consultants. The yearly turnover is over 20 million euro. Main activities as Business Unit Director SAP: - Look at new SAP product lines and versions. Adjust the Ordina SAP portfolio based upon the needs of current customers and selected target segments in the Dutch IT market. - Maintain relations focussed on SAP services within the sectors Government, Banking & Insurance, Trade & Industry and SMB. - Manage the Human Talent Management Program with regards to SAP consultants. This company wide program was setup to guide professionals in their personal and professional growth. - Taking care of the contentment of employees and reduce unwanted resignations. - Making sure that there is a balance in SAP resourcing and workload between outsourcing, on-site, near shore and projects. Continuous improvement of execution. - Operational and financial management of the Ordina SAP activities in a time of recession, change and integration with other units. 4 Role : Change manager (integration of two SAP units) Period : January August 2009 Assignment : Integration of the Ordina SAP project unit (90 FTE) and the Ordina SAP support unit (60 FTE) into an integrated SAP organisation. I have integrated all SAP activities within Ordina in one SAP organisation. This change has given Ordina an effective governance model for SAP activities. Role : Change manager (reorganisation) Period : February 2008 July 2008 Assignment : Ordina decided to lay off 300 employees because of the financial crisis. With the use of a social plan and the cooperation of the legal department I have reorganised the SAP activities of Ordina resulting in the dismissal of some SAP professionals. Role : Change manager (integration) Period : Assignment : Absorption of the SAP activities of Magentis in Ordina In 2006 Ordina acquired Vertis. Magentis the SAP unit of Vertis has been fully absorbed in the SAP Ordina model. I managed the absorption program. Combining the 40 SAP professionals of TVW with the existing Ordina SAP support unit into a new SAP support organisation. In the merger I focussed upon the integration of commercial, HR, administrative and operational activities. Main achievement in this period is that we transformed the Ordina SAP support unit from a small organisation focussed upon SMB customers into a professional organisation with enterprise customers. The result of the integration is a new SAP support unit that kept its culture and quality level.
