Building on fifteen years of trading experience Amplify Trading has developed an industry leading training operation adjacent to its trading arm. We would like to invite new traders to our part time evening programme which takes place on our trading floor over five days from 18:00 21:00. This short course is designed to make institutional trading accessible to new traders who have commitments during the day but still want to gain an insight into trading at an institutional level with Amplify Trading. Each session will begin with key theory sessions delivered by our head of trading, which traders will then apply onto live market prices as we trade into the US session market close at 21:00. 3 INTENSIVE TRAINING AND STRUCTURED OBJECTIVES As you progress through five days of intensive training you will meet the following objectives in order to develop a insight into trading within financial markets at an institutional level. Develop a fundamental understanding in order to trade across international financial markets in response to breaking financial news and analysis Use on-line material provided to help prepare for intensive evening programme Understand the main driving factors behind equity, commodity, currency and fixed income valuations Gain first-hand experience in the importance of behavioural finance and trading psychology within an environment of uncertainty and risk Learn to understand and analyse financial markets by applying technical analysis techniques across asset classes Apply mentoring support and advice from experienced traders at Amplify as they continuously monitor your performance and progression See how in reality standard economic theory may not apply within an expected timeframe and the resulting challenge to risk management practices Create a base of experience and knowledge on which to build continued improvement on completion of the programme Amplify will work with all trainees to help the prepare for the intensive week on the trading floor. Trainees will be able to continue to use software and systems provided by Amplify Trading after the training week to continue to apply lessons learned and develop their trading performance. LOCATION All traders on the one week evening programme will be invited onto their own desk on the trading floor for the duration of the programme. Candidates can continue to develop their trading practices after the short course through our state-of-the art virtual platform with a live link to our trading floor content and discussions. 3

Traders view in real time the assets in their trading portfolio, with prices, orders and fills being updated by the microsecond. The direct market access trading platform (above) with level two visibility allows over 150 technical analysis functions to be applied. Traders will be introduced to quantitative trading methods to back-test their strategies and will be shown how to incorporate our series of proprietary trading algorithms and analysis software to better assess price opportunity. NEWS AND ANALYSIS When training with Amplify, you learn how to assess and understand the changing fundamental news flow. In order to take full advantage of that knowledge it is important to get that news fast. All our traders receive access to live, up to the second market news and analysis, as soon as it breaks. Each day you will receive our strategy reports from our team of analysts to help provide further insight into the products you trade. MARKET BRIEFINGS AND DATA REVIEWS At the start of the EU and US trading sessions you will be invited by our Head of Trading, Piers Curran, to join a market briefing discussion to prepare for economic announcements throughout the day. You will be immersed in continuous market debate with our experienced traders assessing economic data as it gets released, providing an invaluable practical market experience. Every trading decision is monitored and reviewed in order to provide feedback on progression to help the candidate best developed their understanding of financial markets. MONDAY: EQUITIES OBJECTIVE: To understand what factors drive today s financial markets and to become familiar with the trading platform. Implement risk limits and basic technical analysis in US equity indices. 18:00-19:00 Introduction to financial markets 19:00-19:45 Tech analysis - support/resistance/trends, candlestick analysis; Trading economic data 19:45-21:00 Introduction to the functionality of the trading systems Candidates trade equity indices including the S&P 500, Nasdaq TUESDAY: FOREIGN EXCHANGE OBJECTIVE: To understand currency market valuations based on national economic variations including sovereign ratings, trade balances, economic growth and monetary policy. Trade major currency pairs as well as non USD currency crosses. 18:00-19:00 Exchange rates and international macroeconomics 19:00-19:45 Tech analysis: Charting techniques; Trailing stops and OCO s 19:45-21:00 Candidates trade major FX currency pairs and non USD currency crosses WEDNESDAY: COMMODITIES OBJECTIVE: To apply a practical understanding of price discovery in energy markets. To understand the basics behind price drivers including geopolitics, weather patterns and changing supply fundamentals such as US shale gas production. 18:00-19:00 Commodity focus hard and soft 19:00-19:45 Contemporary global commodity drivers; commodity prices and the impact on correlated assets; Technical Analysis : Fibonacci retracement, MACD and Pivot Points 19:45-21:00 Trading Crude oil futures into the session close. THURSDAY: FIXED INCOME OBJECTIVE: To learn about bond markets and their importance for the global financial system. To trade US government Treasury bonds and to apply more advanced technical analysis tools. 18:00-19:00 Fixed Income products and markets; The primary Vs secondary market; 19:00-19:45 Arbitrage and the changing correlation between financial assets; 19:45-21:00 Trading US Treasuries into the session close FRIDAY: MULIT-ASSET TRADING OBJECTIVE: To trade all assets simultaneously keeping to all risk management protocols set. 7 A FIVE DAY INTESNIVE PROGRAMME WITH AMPLIFY TRADING This one week programme incorporates the main themes delivered in our longer programmes at a more accessible level on a part time basis. The training fees for the programme for 2015 are for the full week including all VAT and system costs.
