A response to the Raw Materials Initiative The rising metal prices called for a strategy to solve challenges (lack of skilled workforce, land use, housing in remote mining areas etc) Sweden is a strong mining country - the demand for metals gives Sweden an opportunity for regional and national growth Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation

Government Commitment for sincere and heartfelt communication approach. "two-way" communication model: information is not just communicated from the top down, but also from the bottom up..

Open invitation to contribute to the development of the strategy 40 written contributions Four thematic dialogue meetings were organised. They were open for anyone to attend.
