Ha ricevuto importanti riconoscimenti fra i quali Vic Odden Award della Royal Photographic Society (2007), il World Press Photo Award (2010), Election Artist by the House o Commons Works of Art Committee (2010). Ha pubblicato due monografie: (editore Chris Boot,2007) e (Editore Chris Boot, 2009). Simon Roberts (UK 1974) graduated with a first class BA (Hons). Degree in Human Geography from the University of Sheffield (1996) followed by a Distinction in Photojournalism from the NCTJ,Sheffield College (1997). His photographs have been exhibited widely with recent shows at the National Media Museum, UK and the Museum of Contemporary Art, Shanghai. They are represented in major public and private collections, including the Deutsche Börse Art Collection, George Eastman House and Wilson Centre for Photography. In recognition for his work, Roberts has received several awards including the Vic Odden Award from the Royal Photographic Society (2007) -

2 offered for a notable achievement in the art of photography by a British photographer, a grant from the John Kobal Foundation (2008) and has most recently been commissioned as the Election Artist by the Speaker s Advisory Committee on Works of Art at the House of Commons to produce an official record of the 2010 British General Election. He has published two monographs, (Chris Boot, 2007) and We English (Chris Boot, 2009).
