3 Level of Technological Processes Control «Megapolis-TM» Telemechanics Complex Complex Megapolis-TM is used for the organization of dispatching of equipment status and of technological processes of energy supply (gas, water, electricity, heat supply). 4 «Megapolis-TM» Telemechanics Complex «Megapolis-TM» Automation Boxes The wide range of «Megapolis-ТМ» telemetric equipment consists of a full set of automation box models for creating ICS for different objects, including: automation boxes with autonomous power supply (for objects without power supply) automation boxes for outdoor installation (down to-40 С) explosion proof automation boxes in Exd version (for installation in explosion risk zone) The equipment of «Megapolis-TM» Complex consists of modern controllers, power supplies and communication equipment, with capability of functional extension. All equipment of Complex, with the exception of the primary sensors, is supplied in the form of designed boxes with the possibility of additional equipping in accordance with the customer s request. Automatic box with power supply is provided with modern modular controllers with Ethernet, RS232/RS485 interfaces with wide possibilities of expansion of IO channels: up to 64 analogue inputs up to 128 discreet inputs/outputs up to 32 counter-impulse outputs up to 64 analogue outputs Communication equipment in installed in the Complex supports all modern technologies of package data transmission on the base of mobile communication: GSM-CSD / GPRS/ EDGE/3G, as well as VPN-tunnel technology for provision of safety virtual channel between distance object and dispatching room. Automatic boxes with autonomous power supply are provided with power saving communication Gateway MTM-KSH with possibility of data transmission by GSM and GPRS channel with support of sleeping mode and active session (feasibility of polling at any time). The specific feature of mentioned above Gateway is the availability of subsystem of outer sensors power supply control and input/output modules. The Gateway gives the possibility to perform data poll from any analogue sensors not adapted for low power consumption. Discreet channels of inputoutput of the gateway can be extended without limits by externalmodules on bus RS485. «Megapolis-TM» Explosion Proof Equipment The range of «Megapolis-TM» explosion-proof equipment of includes automatic boxes for the following kinds of usage: Gas distribution points without power supply (based on the communication gateway MTM-KSH) Gas distribution points with power supply without heating (based on the modular controller with heater) Surveillance cameras (base on the Beward IP-cameras) Gas consumption meters with power supply (based on the correctors power supplies)

5 «Megapolis-TM» Telemechanics Complex Solutions for Automation of Buildings infrastructure Complex solution for automation of private and administrative buildings infrastructure consists of: Energy resources metering (gas, water, heat, electricity) Power supply control (from the level of power distribution inlet automatic unit to the level of end-user) Microclimate control (heating, air conditioning) Security control (access protection systems, fire extinction) Surveillance broadcasting from IP- cameras to mobile devices through Internet Monitoring of IT-infrastructure (servers, data centers) «Megapolis-TM» building power supply control boxes are designed on the basis of modern and reliable components from «Schneider Electric». Automation controllers in boxes give the possibility to perform complex monitoring and control of power distribution at different levels: inlet units, distribution units, end-users. Automation boxes are easily integrated in existing building control system using standard protocols (Modbus) upon RS485/TCP bus. Special attention in automation of buildings is paid to the infrastructure of data-centers, where the servers operation provides the information support of business. The key points of monitoring are reliability of power supply and energy effectiveness on engineering systems. «Megapolis-TM» solution for monitoring of data centers infrastructure includes control of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units operation and control of conditioning systems operation integrated with standard protocols. Solution for monitoring of Diesel Generation Sets (DGS) in automation systems gives the possibility to perform planned maintenance and to implement the control of all parameters of set operation: Parameters of main supply net Status of reserve switching device Parameters of engine operation Parameters of generator operation Statistic parameters Parameters of power quality Innovative solution for remote monitoring and control of automatic breakers in power distribution inlet boxes gives the possibility: To control the current status of automatic switchers To differentiate the cut-off reason (manual/emergency) To control switchers position in remote control mode To block remote control locally TM-E1 model is universal solution for power supply control of distant objects of automation. TM-E1 model functionality allows to determine the reason of cut-off and to reactivate the power supply of the object without site visiting.

6 «Megapolis-TM» Telemechanics Complex Full-functional SCADA-system in Mobile Client «Megapolis-TM» Mobile client software performs the functions of full-operated SCADA-system as a light weight Internet application. Client is opened as a Web-page in any modern browser at unlimited number of working places (stationary and mobile). Mobile client does not require any special hardware resources or installation of additional software. License allows to enable the unlimited number of objects, parameters and OPC tags. «Megapolis-TM» Mobile client features: Dynamic display of technological parameters at diagrams and plans Displaying of static and moving objects on GIS-substrate and satellite maps On-time alarms and notification on off limit parameters Registration of emergency calls for working teams (in accordance with the specified form) Visualization and analysis of archive (historic) data at diagrams and tables Forming of report on alarms, values of parameters, actions of users In order to comply the enterprise security requirements, most of the functions do not require Internet connection for operation. All the functions are optimized for operation though slow connection: even when a large amount of data is displayed at diagrams and tables, the system operates without significant delays in response. Single SCADA application for every device platform Updated version of «Megapolis-TM» Mobile client is developed upon most state-of-the-art technologies and is adapted for touch control on tablets and smartphones. Adaptive client interface adjusts to screen size of device for convenient work at any monitor, tablet or smartphone (Apple ios, Android, Windows8). Mobile client connection to «Megapolis-TM» server reliably operates through encryption protected VPN-channel even on a slow speed mobile connection. It gives the possibility to perform ontime dispatching using tablets under site conditions with provision of security and total functionality of desktop version.

7 «Megapolis-TM» Telemechanics Complex Integrated GIS in a mobile client Starting with version 2.3 «Megapolis-TM» Mobile client has a certain number of unique GIS-functions to perform topological tasks in the diagrams of pipelines: Searching of cut-off or insulating units (valves, stopcocks) for unspecified object (gas distribution point, building, valve) Search for switched off customers as a result of the cut-off / failure on the pipeline Emergency team vehicle route tracing to the destination point Integration with «Megalopolis» Complex information system provides all information of objects and customers inside the Mobile client: Object passports and accounting information Technical characteristics of the installed objects Information on current and completed applications from customers Information about performed works and maintenance Deep integration of «Megapolis-TM» dispatching system with GISsystems and «Megapolis» information system considerably increases the quality and content of information results thus allowing to make right dispatching decisions on time. Emergency team has technical opportunity to check the location place of the shut-off equipment relative to the team position and to control SCADA objects using «Megapolis-TM» client at tablet. Integration with emergency calls subsystem gives the possibility to receive new calls and actual information about emergency situation directly at the site. Voice and Gestures control for Dispatching Systems «Megapolis-TM. Virtual dispatching» application completes the mobile client with the possibility to control dispatching systems by voice and gestures. Application is based on the innovative technologies of voice and gestures recognition from Microsoft and is adopted to oral Russian and English speech recognition. Gesture control allows the operator to control the system in front of the screen, without being attached to a desktop. Voice command control increases considerably the speed and convenience of initial data input for the situation analysis (customer address in emergency call, searching of SCADA object by its name or address). Pronunciation of voice commands is clear at the level of intuition and does not need time for keyboard input. As a result of voice command integration dispatching effectiveness, comfort of work and personnel study abilities increased considerably.

10 Level of Enterprise Resource Management Billing for Energy Resources Subsystem of billing for energy resources performs the following: Registration of billing for energy resources supplied by the enterprise (natural and liquefied gas, power supply, heat supply) Registration of in-building equipment, nets, regulation and distribution units, electrochemical protection units and others Keeping of all necessary documentation in accordance with technical regulations standards requirement Automatic generation of standard reports with possibility of sampling according to different criteria Integration of data from hardware metering systems (telemetry) Billings for Technical Maintenance and Repairing Document workflow for registration of technical maintenance and repairing of equipment is implemented in Complex. It includes the following functions: creation of annexes to the contracts with legal entities with work performance list reference of works to the objects of counterparties, making of acts about performed works conducting of mutual settlements with counterparties with full integration with accounting registration and monitoring of equipment installed at counterparties forming of reports in accordance with underlying accounting records All underlying accounting documents have bar codes for automation of search and analysis during accessioning, returning the documents from counterparties and, handing over of documents between departments and services of the enterprise.

11 Level of Enterprise Resource Management Receiving of Emergency Calls Subsystem allows to automate the activity of the following departments: emergency-dispatching service, in-house nets service, underground metal protection service and customers service department. The subsystem is intended to work with customers for recording and registration of emergency calls. The subsystem includes registration of personal accounts of customers, contracts, correspondence, history of equipment changes, metering data. Subsystem also implements planning of maintenance, performance of charge service, registration of customers payments, including those using a barcode scanner. Flexible configuration of tariffs, which depend on category, brand, country of origin and equipment lifetime, as well as on unlimited number of optional parameters, is also implemented in the subsystem.
