3 1 Logo The Finspreads logo reflex the friendly image of the company with its circular shapes. The icon represents it s global markets and it s stockbroker business. The Finspreads logo is made up of two parts. The oval icon, the name and the brand message. Finspreads primary logo is the landscape version. The portrait is the secondary version only used when the landscape doesn t graphically work. Black and white option Other finspreads logos

4 2 Logo Placement The logo must have a certain amount of white space around it. The minimum amount is shown below. This is calculated by using the height of the s. The minimum size the logo can be is 40mm wide and 10mm high. 40mm 10mm The logo mainly goes on a white background or the Finspreads blue. If this isn t possible, the background colour must not make the logo hard to see. Never place the logo on a patterned background and never rotate the logo.

Dealing Hours We are normally open for trading from 2130 on Sunday evening through to 2115 Friday evening UK time. In considering whether to engage in Margined Trading, you should be aware of the following: Risks and Leverage A high degree of gearing or leverage is associated with Margined Trading. This stems from the margining system applicable to Margined Trades, which generally involves a comparatively modest deposit of the overall contract value to open a Margined Trade. A small price movement in your favour can result in a high return on the money placed on deposit; however, a small price movement against you may result in substantial losses, possibly more than the money placed on deposit. Prices can move quickly. You may be called upon to deposit substantial additional margin, at short notice, to maintain your Margined Trades. If you do not do so within the time required, your Margined Trades may be closed at a loss and you will be liable for that loss. Nature of Margined Trades Our terms and conditions explain in detail how Margined Trades operate; see our General Terms, Margining Terms and Spread Betting Terms. A Margined Trade is a bet/trade on price movements. Those prices are set by us; please see our Trade and Order Execution Policy. Whether you make a pro t or loss will depend on the prices we set and uctuations in the underlying nancial instrument ( Underlying ) to which your Margined Trade relates. Margined Trades can only be settled in cash.
